Small cottage between land and sea

In a small, very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes) and Saint Malo (15 minutes), the cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. Accessible by a staircase and with no overlooking neighbours, it has a private garden, also with no overlooking neighbours, with a table and chairs, a parasol, a coffee table, deckchairs and a barbecue. The swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees, is open from 22 June to 8 September and is shared with us (who use it very little), with guests always having priority.

Le gîte que nous proposons, situé en plein cœur du parc naturel de la vallée de la Rance et de la Côte d’Emeraude, est une ancienne écurie / grange, rénovée en 2023 d’une surface de 70m2 sur deux étages et attenante à notre habitation. Elle a tout le confort moderne, très bien isolée, très ensoleillée grâce à 3 Velux au 1er étage, orientés plein sud. Elle est au centre du village, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants.
