Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Cozy 2 bedroom cottage with outdoor space/parking

2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage in a peaceful and rural area but close enough to get to Rostrenen and Carhaix as well as other villages including Glomel. There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

New entire accommodation, 10 minutes walk from amenities (shops, restaurants, cinema). Same for access to the port (pier for the island of Batz) and beaches. The functional accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen (plus basic products). The sleeping area is furnished with a 160/200 bed with the adjoining shower room. It is located 4.5 km from Beg-Leguer beach, 3.5 km from the city and about ten km from the Pink Granite Coast.

Inside the house, the living rooms are large and pleasant, as is the veranda which offers a second living space. We have a large game room in the basement. The kitchen is well furnished and equipped. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are numerous and practical. Old family home, we completely renovated it in 2020.

Ideally located between the city center and the port, it has a beautiful living room with kitchen open to the living room, a quiet bedroom that overlooks a private patio with dining area. The spacious vacation home is centrally located in a small, beautiful village between Morlaix and the seaside resort of Carantec, within walking distance of the Riviere de Morlaix, near the beautiful beaches of Carantec. The large, covered terrace allows for a pleasant stay outdoors overlooking the waters of the Riviere de Morlaix, where the tidal change typical of Brittany can be well observed, even in not so perfect weather.

Welcome to this charming house/apartment nestled in the picturesque village of Locquénolé. On two levels: separate fully equipped kitchen, bright living room and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Upstairs: double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds (modular) and separate toilet. Although the house does not have a real garden, it does have a wooden terrace with garden furniture, ideal for relaxing in the countryside.
