Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

The Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" is a stone house dating back to the 17th century. The accommodation was renovated in 2019 and can accommodate 2 to 8 guests maximum. In summer (July and August), we welcome a minimum of 4 guests. We don't accept guests on their own. The gîte has free parking for 4 cars in front as well as a terrace and a lawn of 1200 m² located at the back, pleasant for meeting with family or friends. The gite is fenced.

Ty Daou – Gîtes du Vieux Tilleul

5 km from Guingamp, this 40 m² accommodation, classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, offers a peaceful and green setting. Secure access, dedicated parking. Ideally located 1 km from the crossroads of the main roads (Lannion/Brest/St-Brieuc), it allows quick access to beaches and amenities. Enjoy a 2 ha park with pond, a private equipped terrace. Take a break and relax. We offer you our small house located in the village where you will find a bakery (250 m on foot) and the first supermarket 5 min by car. The Camélias path offers a pleasant walk. You have quick access to the RN 12, the Kernilien high school is 2 minutes away by car and the Côte de Granit Rose is 35 minutes away. The accommodation is connected to fibre and has its own wifi network (ideal for teleworking).

The accommodation includes: - on the ground floor: a 30 m2 living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, shower room; - upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a library area with desk. The beds are made on arrival. We provide towels and tea towels.
