Located in the pretty town of Ploumagoar, close to all amenities, come and stay in this fully equipped apartment. In a fenced and secure residence located 200 m from the RN 12, 5 minutes from Guingamp LGV train station as well as 1 hour 15 minutes from Brest and Rennes. The accommodation is an independent, bright and functional T2, located on the ground floor. Bedroom with a large 160 cm bed, sunny living room with fitted kitchen and sitting area. Linens provided.

Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

The Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" is a stone house dating back to the 17th century. The accommodation was renovated in 2019 and can accommodate 2 to 8 guests maximum. In summer (July and August), we welcome a minimum of 4 guests. We don't accept guests on their own. The gîte has free parking for 4 cars in front as well as a terrace and a lawn of 1200 m² located at the back, pleasant for meeting with family or friends. The gite is fenced.

Farmhouse adjoining our home, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside, 1 km from the Rennes – Brest axis, 4 km from Guingamp city center, 30 minutes from the beaches. The accommodation includes: - on the ground floor: a 30 m2 living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, shower room; - upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a library area with desk. The beds are made on arrival. We provide towels and tea towels.
