The 100 m2 house with garden (semi-detached by the garage) has on the ground floor: entrance, kitchen, dining room-living room, bathroom and toilet and upstairs: 3 bedrooms, bathroom-toilet. The sea is 5 km away (St-Michel en Grèves beach). From Locquirec to Paimpol, via the coast of Granit Rose, Tréguier and Plougrescant, the panoramas provide a real change of scenery.

Small house close to all amenities, 5 min from the Bel Air area, food, clothing, pharmacy... 10 min from the beaches and downtown Lannion. The house is located in the same courtyard as our personal house, you will have a lawn area (shared) behind the house with children's games. We have a crib, changing table, and high chair. We offer an option of sheets at 10 euros per bed (with towels) if desired.

At the end of the road, you will see a large stone house with white shutters. You've arrived! This is the perfect house for families or groups of friends (200 m2). It is a typical old Breton farmhouse that dates from the end of the 19th century. We completely renovated it while maintaining its character. Surrounded by fields and a wood, you can enjoy a large garden (2500 m2).
