Welcome to our cozy and bright Ann cottage, completely refurbished in a green setting and ideally located to take full advantage of all that the area has to offer: sunny beaches, scenic hiking trails and cultural treasures to discover. Only 5 minutes from the remarkable Yaudet site, 5 minutes from Lannion and 20 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast, it is the perfect starting point for a holiday combining relaxation, hiking and discovery.

Pleasant quiet studio

We offer a stay in the "Quincaille" in a quiet area near the river. This comfortable studio is composed of a double bed, kitchen and bathroom. An outdoor terrace with garden furniture will allow you to relax while listening to birdsong. Baby equipment is available upon request. Hiking trails are nearby, as well as the "Tro Breiz" passage. Many sites to discover: the Pink Granite Coast, the island of Bréhat... Beaches 20 minutes away.

Maison de vacances

Small house close to all amenities 5 min from the beautiful air area food trade, clothing, pharmacy.... 10 min from the beaches and downtown Lannion. The house is located in the same courtyard as our personal house, you will have a lawn area (common) behind the house with games for children. We have a baby crib, changing table, and high chair. We offer a linen option at 10 euros per bed (with towels) if desired.

40 m2 all-wood lodge, facing the river, a quiet place inviting you to relax and rest. We are located in the Moulin du Duc Valley, a quiet place with nearby sports and water activities. We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.

At the end of the road – Charming house

At the end of the road, you will see a large stone house with white shutters. You've arrived! This is the perfect house for families or groups of friends (200 m2). It is a typical old Breton farmhouse that dates from the end of the 19th century. We completely renovated it while maintaining its character. Surrounded by fields and a wood, you can enjoy a large garden (2500 m2).
