On site: board games, books, radio, etc. A garden with a private table and an area with a table and barbecue, shared with another gîte (except in July and August, when the garden can be made private on request). Quiet at the bottom of a alley , you will find all the shops close by. Numerous walks nearby and ideally located for exploring both the countryside and the coast. Cleaning is not included.

The 100 m2 house with garden (semi-detached by the garage) has on the ground floor: entrance, kitchen, dining room-living room, bathroom and toilet and upstairs: 3 bedrooms, bathroom-toilet. The sea is 5 km away (St-Michel en Grèves beach). From Locquirec to Paimpol, via the coast of Granit Rose, Tréguier and Plougrescant, the panoramas provide a real change of scenery.

The accommodation is for 4 people maximum, including infants.

Small house close to all amenities, 5 min from the Bel Air area, food, clothing, pharmacy... 10 min from the beaches and downtown Lannion. The house is located in the same courtyard as our personal house, you will have a lawn area (shared) behind the house with children's games. We have a crib, changing table, and high chair. We offer an option of sheets at 10 euros per bed (with towels) if desired.

Le Yaudet: beautiful vacation home near the sea

Ideally located between land and sea, this house, fully restored in 2021, offers you the best conditions for a lovely family vacation. The sea and hiking trails (GR 34) are very close: 1.5 km from the Yaudet site, 6 km from the beaches of Locquémeau, 15 km from the pink granite coast (Trébeurden, Trégastel, Perros-Guirec …). 6 km from Lannion city center, 4 km from a shopping area.

It is a typical old Breton farmhouse that dates from the end of the 19th century. We completely renovated it while maintaining its character. Surrounded by fields and a wood, you can enjoy a large garden (2500 m2).
