Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the tip of the harbour, after it is the sea, charming cottage feet in the water with very beautiful view. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300 m from the cottage. The beaches on foot, fishing on foot, less than 50m, the cafe of the port, the restaurant and the direct sale of fish by the fishermen. Access to the mezzanine is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

Fisherman's house with superb sea view of all rooms (except one bedroom) sleeping 6 people. Spacious living room with exceptional sea views on one side and on the other side a view and access to the terrace and garden on the other side. 3 bedrooms on the floor with a double bed. Locquemeau and its small fishing port is 10 who from Lannion and 20 km/h from the Pink Granite Coast. Nearby shops and restaurants. Also several hiking trails from the house

Small well-equipped accommodation located in a quiet cul-de-sac, all shops nearby. Private parking on site. Ideal for 2–3 people. Note: steep staircase to access the bedrooms upstairs. Well-located accommodation to discover the pink granite coast, the bay of Morlaix via Le Yaudet, Locquémeau, Locquirec... A large shared garden at the back (except July August, possibility to privatize the garden on request) Possibility of introduction to pottery.

The house is by the sea, modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, facing Aval island, near Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose". The sea side walking path going round Ile Grande, and the Toul Gwen beach are next to the house.

It is ideally located 500 m from a dynamic village that offers many shops and services (bakeries, supermarket, fishmonger, delicatessen, doctors, dentist, pharmacy...). It is located 3 km from the sea and the beach (accessible by a greenway), in a quiet environment. Many activities (sports, cultural, historical) are possible on the Côte de Granit Rose: trail, kayaking, surfing, hiking...
