You can discover within a radius of less than 100 km on one side the pink granite coast and on the other side, the emerald coast and inwards the medieval cities of QUINTIN, MONCONTOUR and DINAN.

It includes three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a living room installed in a bow-window offering a picturesque view of the Trieux.

Its living room offers a perfect setting to relax after a day spent discovering the area. You can prepare delicious recipes in the equipped kitchen. It has 3 bedrooms (2 beds of 160 cm and 1 of 140 cm), an office, 2 bathrooms. Parties are prohibited.

In the Côtes d'Armor, come and enjoy our house (sleeps 10) with its private indoor pool heated all year round. 6 km from Quintin (3rd Favorite French Village in 2022), 30 km from the sea, put down your suitcases and relax! You can also walk the many hiking loops that run through this area. For stays of at least 7 nights, the beds are made on arrival and bath linen is provided! (a deposit of €1,500 is required at check-in)

Here, you are on vacation by the sea, 800 m from the beaches. Walk down to Moulin Beach or Godelins Beach via the seaside trail. The town center, 200 m away, gives you access to all shops. The house is a peaceful oasis, we renovated it with natural and healthy materials. The living room, bathed in light, is open to the kitchen and garden for your summer barbecues.
