In a green & quiet setting of a magnificent 15th century castle located at the entrance of our beautiful medieval city of Dinan, you will stay in a 54 m2 loft apartment on the ground floor of the main building. You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

"Kerkozh", my small studio in Fréhel.

"Kerkozh" is the name of our studio located in the heart of the village of Fréhel, close to shops, 2.5 km from the beach. On the ground floor of our house, it is a small independent studio with kitchenette, shower room and toilet. Entrance via a dedicated terrace. Well-kept facilities and amenities. Cash deposit required upon arrival. On the ground floor, there is also my workshop where I can organize a plastic art or art therapy session for you. We live on the floors above.

Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

Ideal for a stay with family or friends!
