What a peaceful retreat. My friend and l stayed during a cold and rainy weekend but what a perfect place to pop on a record, have a cozy fire, listen to the rain on the roof and just disconnect. The morning we left was sun filled and to wake up with the sun streaming in was just breathtaking. Definitely worth a stay

Nancy greeted us warmly upon arrival, making us feel instantly welcome. Her place is in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking and offers thoughtful touches like muffins, coffee, tea, and bottled water. Prices are extremely reasonable. The space was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-stocked with extra blankets, pillows, and bath linens. We will definitely stay at Nancy’s again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Pittsfield area.

Jordana is a GEM, with the patience of a saint! I had LOTS of questions as someone who was 1. Not familiar with the area and who 2., had limited access to transportation, etc. Jordana stayed on constant communication with me, was always pleasant and even offered to go get me food when options were limited on my end. Her place is as pictured, clean, and access was easy. Of note, options for Dining are limited and you will likely need your own transportation as uber/lyft and local taxis are mostly unavailable. I have nothing but positive things to say about the home, my host and even the people of Pittsfield.

This was a great place for us (two families) to stay for the weekend and fully matched the online description. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for finding the property, getting in, enjoying the house and surroundings, and checking out. As described in the listing, the water had a funny taste to it, so guests should bring their own water. The space is set up well with everything you need in the kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and the bunks downstairs next to the pool table. Upstairs bathroom has a shower, downstairs bathroom is a half bath. The view of the lake through the large glass windows was gorgeous. Many thanks for a great weekend!
