Ova iznimna kuća smjestila se u slijepoj ulici mirnog turističkog naselja grada Pule.Udaljena je 900 m od mora. Prva glavna plaža Verudela , izvrsna samo 3 minute vožnje.Kafić 20 metara i trgovina 100 m od kuće. Kuća je izuzetno komforna i stilski uređena te prilagođena modernom načinu života. Raspoloživa je za 14 osoba +2 pomoćna ležaja. Unutrašnji prostor zauzima 500 m kvadratnih i 2000 metara kvadratnih prirodne parcele koja pruža dodatni ugođaj.Travnjaku se nalaze nogometni golovi, trampolin , ljuljačka i kamin . U prizemlju objekta smješten je prostrani dnevni dio sa kuhinjom i blagavaonicom modernih linija izlazom na veliku terasu 100 m kvadratnih na kojoj se nalazi vrtni namještaj i pavilion.Također se na prizemlju nalazi i welness iz kojeg se preko velikih staklenih stijena pruža pogled na bazen , terase i zelenilo.Bazen je veličine 48 m kvadratnih od toga dio je za djecu dubine 0.5 m i za odrasle dubine 1.5 m kvadratnih te posjeduje hidromasažu. Activity prostor proteže se kompletnim suterenom kuće, a tu je još i dodatna kuhinja te kamin koji upotpunjuje doživljaj. U suterenu je smještena još i garaža sa 2 parking mjesta i 6 bicikli za vožnju gradom, dok u cijelosti ograđena parcela nudi i daljnja 4 parking mjesta. Na katu kuće nalazi se radna soba , 4 sobe sa kupaonicama svaka soba sa izlazom na terasu i 1 soba u mansardi. Kuća je klimatizirana a sve prostorije raspolažu sa centralnim grijanjem. Osim unutrašnjeg stepeništa, etaže su međusobno povezane liftom . Velike natkrivene terase daljnja su posebitost ovog objekta. Kuća se nalazi blizu marine , ali i svih drugih zanimljivih sadržaja kao i centra drevne Pule koji obiluje kulturno povijesnim znamenitostima. U našem susjedstvu ima mnogo restorana "Volaria" i Ribarska kolibau Marini Veruda koje nude bogati riblji meni Pizzeria Jupiter, Boccaporta restoran koja nudi tradicionalnu istarsku kuhinju.Također i Pivnica na Rivi .Možete iznajmiti bicikle, mopede, čamce, automobile itd. Na glavnoj plazi Verudeli mozete unajmiti sportski teren za mini golf i badminton ,tenis ,surfanje pa čak i brod koji vuče padobran , vozi mali zrakoplov.Tamo se nalazi i ronilački klub.Isto tako na Verudeli je mjesto Bunarina odakle brod vozi svakih sat vremena za Fratarski otok. Apartment for 6 person has 2 floors ( interior stairs). On the 1. floor there are kitchen, living room, one bathroom, one bedrom for 2 persons and big terrace with a beautiful view on the sea. On the 2. floor there are 2 bedrooms for 4 persons and one bathroom.. Both bedrooms have a balcony with a view on the sea as well. Kitchen and dining room (15m2) : cooking basics, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, el. water kettle, cooker( 2 electric plates + 2 gas burners) with oven, table, 6 chairs, iron. Living room ( 23 m2) : 2 sofas, TV, exit to the beautiful terrace. Bedroom on the 1. floor ( 12 m2) has twin bed. One bedroom on the 2. floor(12m2) has twin bed, other room (23m2) has twin bed and a sofa. A bathroom (4,85 m2) : shower, towels, hair dryer We have a baby cot.

Kuća se nalazi u mjestu Štinjan, udaljenom svega 5 km od grada Pule i nešto manje od 2 km od plaže Hidrobaza. Kuća ima 4 spavače sobe, 4 kupatila, prostran dnevi boravak i kuhinju. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen sa ležaljkama kao i dvije terase. Ispred kuće nalazi se parking za više vozila. Kuća se nalazi u naseljenom mjestu te nisu dozvoljene zabave, potrebno je pridržavati se kućnog reda ( nije dozvoljeno glasno puštanje glazbe kao i glasno pričanje i vikanje).
