Beatrice is very nice and very welcoming. The house is very well furnished and with great taste. There is everything you need in dishes (all utensils and food processor). Everything is well thought out and you feel like you're in a cozy nest. We had a great time in the quiet countryside in a very nice little village.

Very nice accommodation with a lot of room for each part (even the bathroom). The studio is independent of the guesthouse and there is always space on the street to park in front of the listing. The apartment is well appointed and on a very quiet street. Only the heat pump heating system is a little noisy at night when it goes off (even with the ventilation set to a minimum). But maybe we didn't know how to fix it... Jacques is a very friendly and accommodating host, we will definitely be back.

Caring host and little cocoon in the heart of Dijon. Ideal location, between the train station and the center allowing you to walk (with a baby, very convenient). A great stay in a very central and convenient location

A small but well appointed apartment on a quiet street in a building with lots of charm. Americans may be initially perplexed but eventually delighted to find a small dishwasher under the oven. Separate washer and dryer —unusual in Europe to have a separate dryer—was a great advantage after several days in a hotel. Well decorated and comfortable with good light.

The apartment was clean, well equipped, nothing was missing, all in a very quiet residence. Access is relatively easy, and private enclosed parking is nice. Besides, if he wants to visit Dijon, the car can stay there without any problem, the tram stop being really close, that's nice too. Finally, the communication with Fanny was very good, she is also good advice and welcoming. I recommend it!

Great stay at the apartment. Very clean and functional. The access instructions are very clear, parking spaces just opposite which makes it even easier to access the accommodation. I spent 4 weeks with peace of mind. Indeed, when traveling for work, after long hours, there's nothing better than feeling at home. The apartment had everything I needed, as featured on the list, and more, I had access to Netflix. The apartment is very clean, which is a guarantee of quality, and any equipment mentioned is functional. I was welcomed by Medhi for the check-in. He was always available to answer my questions. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from a supermarket and other amenities. I recommend it.

Super nice accommodation. Even though Guy didn't speak English, we managed to communicate well.The apartment was well located and it was perfect with parking. Clear recommendation.

Gerard was very welcoming even though our arrival was delayed due to very heavy traffic. The apartment is comfortable and has a good view from the wrap-around balcony. Parking is easy to use as long as your car isn’t too big. It is in easy walking distance of the centre of Dijon, where there’s lots to see as well as a wide choice of restaurants.
