Composed of a large air-conditioned room with a fully equipped kitchen and living room with flat-screen TV (Netflix). As well as two air-conditioned bedrooms (160 x 200 beds). Guests can take advantage of the outdoor and covered terrace for summer meals around the barbecue.

Confort optimal avec 3 grandes chambres : 2 avec lit double, 1 avec 3 lits simples + canapé convertible, cuisine équipée, 1 grand salon (cinéma) + 1 petit salon (lecture), balcon + terrasse, salle à manger, salle de jeux avec baby-foot, 3 salles d’eau. Belle vue sur les toits. Idéalement situé pour explorer Bergerac et la Dordogne. Wi-Fi. Non-fumeur, pas d’animaux ni de fêtes. Escapade authentique !
