Beach apartment holiday rentals in Ponce Inlet

Nice room with a beautiful view to the beach. Place was very convenient as there's a fairly priced Tiki bar downstairs just steps from the beach. We had our hot water not heating up enough and the host was very responsive and fixed the issue right away. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Barry was a gracious and generous host. Very responsive and helpful. His rental was actually better than described.

The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the condo. The second thing I noticed was the view. It was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. You have everything you need in the kitchen to prepare your own meals. There is also a grill downstairs; although we didn’t get around to using it. There are beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella so you have to pack none of this. There is a heated outdoor pool which we really enjoyed. They also have restrooms at the pool which you can use rather than going from the beach to the condo. This is the first “heated” pool that I have actually been in that was heated. We enjoyed it even on windy cooler days. Luke is the ultimate host; checking in to make sure we got there and in the condo with no problems, checking during the week to make sure things were going well.

Look no further for your stay at Daytona Beach! Especially with kids. Super convenient location to the beach. Condo has everything you can need. Beach toys and equipment, Beach reads, fully stocked kitchen (crock pot too!), puzzles and games for kids, bedtime books for kids... favorite part of the stay was the beautiful view from the dining room. We loved watching the beach and city every morning and evening. Condo was clean and welcoming. Host was extremely responsive, definitely recommend this location!

A beautiful place, set on a pretty quiet stretch of beach. Everyone that lives there is super friendly. Place was clean, and very welcoming. Had all the comforts of home. Nice pool, and well taken care of outside area. Would definitely come back again

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

Katie's unit in Pirates Cove is just like the pictures and description. Pirates Cove got hit pretty hard by Hirricane Milton and is still going through some repairs so the building itself looks like it is in disrepair but it's just in the middle of getting it's face-lift. The location is great if you want to walk to some of the local restaurants or want a quick drive over one of the main bridges to get you into the beautiful town area with local shops and eateries. The until itself was a good size for the two of us and the communication with Katie's property managers was superb,very quick to respond and offered some great suggestions. My hubby loved the shower, we took advantage of the double balconies to do our morning time with Lord separately and the dual a/c units made it great for us to climate control the areas we were in. The balcony closest to the beach made people and wave watching easy. We enjoyed our stay and the condo has a great home feel.

Christina’s place was just as described. We wanted an inexpensive location close to the bandshell for cheer competition. There are several homeless people on the walk to the bandshell, but they never made us feel unsafe. But that is part of downtown Daytona and we knew that going into it. Christina was very easy to work with when I needed to change dates to extend stay. She also was very responsive when we had problems with the door code. We recommend this property and would stay again.

Absolutely beautiful property, location was great right by the beach and within walking distance to grocery store, we thought the place was great very clean and spacious, Amazing host, we love our stay here, would definitely book again!

Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights due to hurricane Milton. It is rough to pay for a week of rest and relaxation and then have to leave so soon. Donald was a wonderful host. It was our choice to leave. The place was very comfortable, clean, and homey. Perfect location right on the beach.

Marianela was very accommodating and had everything we could have needed. She was super helpful with local recommendations. The beach is across the street and she had plenty of beach chairs, coolers and a wagon to transport it. Everything was super clean and she had a washing machine for us to wash our beach towels. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

We enjoyed staying at Lukasz’s place for some R&R and beach and family time. He was very responsive to our messages as well. Our pup was relaxing with us as well and we enjoyed our walks through the neighborhood with easy access to backyard. We enjoyed our stay and will likely come back again as this place was very peaceful with serene surroundings and close to all our fave restaurants.

We had a great time staying at this property. It was exactly what we expected from the booking. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and our 2 dogs. Very clean and love the beach is dog friendly! The owner was very responsive to clear up any questions we may have had. We would definetly book this condo again if visiting Flagler Beach again! Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

Primo property! Exceptional condo with all the luxuries of a vacation home. We were provided an easy, accurate list of entry codes etc. Use of their beach chairs was an added plus to this peaceful property! Great ocean location (no cars on the beach). Many thanks to our hosts!

This owner went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful. The location was fantastic and the condo was just as pictured. She had everything you needed and things you didn't even think about. Everyone was impressed. The accommodations were above and beyond. Its located right in the middle of everything and the view was amazing. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other or enough space to be alone at times. The only negative was the balcony is open to the next one so not really private but nothing that owners could do about that. The unit was everything we expected and so much more.

The condo was gorgeous. They though of every detail, too. The only thing...the weather was a bit chilly and the condo's pool heater was broken. Not possible to control everything, of course. The management company was incredibly responsive.

This condo was perfect for our needs. The parking was a little tight at the end of the week but the staff in the building was helpful and we didn’t have any issues. I would definitely book again next year. Thanks!

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. This is the best condo on the best beach in the country!! Carrie is a wonderful, accommodating, and friendly host and we had the best time. Everything was clean and well-stocked, and the beds and pillows were very comfy! We look forward to coming back next year! Thank you!
