The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a private house, it has independent access. Free parking nearby. City center and shops nearby (bakery, bar/tobacconist and supermarket on the street). Canal de Nantes à Brest. Towpath along the Blavet. Located in central Brittany, Pontivy's geographical position will allow you to easily discover the region. Beaches are 1 hour away by car: Erdeven, Carnac, Guidel to the south; Binic and St Brieuc Bay to the north.

For people sensitive to noise, I do not recommend it, the property is located in the city on a busy street, in a wooden floor building, the noise of the tenants' footsteps from above can be disturbing.

Beautiful start for your walks in the intramural, the Rabine and up to the Conleau peninsula. All at the exit of the building, whose full west exposure ensures sun until the end of the day. A private and secure room allows you to park 2 bikes on the ground floor.
