It is a 12-minute walk from the city center of Pontivy, all shops, the Parc du Poumon Vert and its outdoor swimming pool, and its castle. It is a 25-minute drive from Lake Guerlédan (hiking, water sports, restaurants, Bon Repos Abbey, horse riding) and 50 minutes from Lorient and its beaches.

Romantic room, in the heart of Brittany, overlooking the canal. Comfort has been brought for couples, two-seater bathtub in the LIVING ROOM, spacious four-poster bed 180/200 cm. A patio for smokers and non-smokers, cosy interior, bright. For people sensitive to noise, I do not recommend it, the property is located in the city on a busy street, in a wooden floor building, the noise of the tenants' footsteps from above can be disturbing.
