The town of Neulliac is located in the center of Brittany, minutes from Pontivy, the Canal de Nantes à Brest and Lake Guerlédan. The accommodation includes on the ground floor a fitted and equipped kitchen, open to the living and dining room, a laundry room and a toilet as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Completely renovated, this accommodation is quick to access the Nantes-Brest Canal (100 m). The location lends itself to walking or biking. Close to Lake Guerlédan. Located 8 km from Pontivy, Cléguérec or Mûr de Bretagne which offer all shops, health services, cultural and leisure activities. By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

Many sports activities are possible nearby (hiking, horseback riding, tennis, cycling on the towpath along the canal from Nantes to Brest...). Our accommodation is close to the beach (about 1 hour) and various family-friendly activities (amusement parks, tree climbing...)
