“Il Fico” House with Garden

Relax in this quiet home for families or groups of friends on vacation. In the area of Santa Maria, 3 minutes from the bath. In the Santa Maria area you will have access to all the main services , in addition to transportation, there are groceries , tobacco , scooter rentals and boat rentals, access to the sea , docks , bars and restaurants. Composed of two double beds and two single beds , plus large kitchen. The garden is a quiet place to relax in the afternoon.

Casa Marilù

Casa Marilù, an enchanting Ponza dwelling, offers idyllic scenery overlooking Palmarola. Located in the northern part of the island, it offers a perfect oasis of tranquility. In an enchanting area between bougainvillea and mediterranean olive trees is located a beautiful house 50 meters fromthe sea that can be reached on foot without having to take the boat or the car. The house consist of two bedrooms, kitchen, corridor, large bathroom and a large panoramic terrace. The house can accomodate up 6 people and is equiped wih air conditioning, hairdryer, free wifi, fan oven, stainless steel gas barbecue, led tv and a beautiful solarium.

Casa PONZA: Magnificent Sea/Port View

Apartment on the HARBOR. Going down a few steps you are in the heart of downtown, so very close to restaurants, bars, shops, groceries, in addition to the various bus and boat services for excursions or transfers to the various beaches/coves of the island. Quiet and quiet location. It is finely renovated, equipped with all comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, oven, equipped kitchen. In August, I accept at least 4 days of booking

The Commander's House

The Comandante's house is a typical Ponzese house on two levels with air conditioning and full HD TV (sleeps 2+2) . Ground floor with kitchenette, sofa bed for two and bathroom. Brick loft with double bed. Located behind the main street, just a short walk from the port, where there are numerous bars and restaurants. A private outdoor space with a sofa is available to customers. Its strategic location does not require transportation.
