An individually furnished apartment awaits you in a house directly on the protected landscape area. The apartment has its own garden area and you can enjoy the tranquility of this accommodation here. Rhön hiking trails lead directly past the house, on adjacent meadows grazing horses and cattle in summer. Nevertheless, it is only a few minutes' walk to the train station and good restaurants and cafes in Gersfeld city center or to the Gersfeld swimming pool.

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Our apartment is characterized by the special location with far-reaching views of the Rhön panorama, e.g. water soup and Milseburg. The Ulmenstein extra tour and a star park as well as the Basaltsee Ulmenstein are in the immediate vicinity. The baroque town of Fulda is only 20 km away. There you can explore the beautiful cathedral,the great old town and many other beautiful excursion destinations.

Relax in my cozy tiny house and enjoy a few quiet days in the Rhön. The tiny house has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a dining, living and sleeping area (to be climbed via a ladder). From the tiny house and on the terrace in front of it, you have a wonderful view of nature. There is another tiny house on our property as well as two holiday apartments.
