Breton farmhouse full of character, by the sea

Our longhouse is 2km from the beaches of the Baie de St-Brieuc, in the heart of the Côtes d 'Armor. It dates back to the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2023 with care. Its large garden of more than 1000m2 is located in a natural environment, in absolute calm and close to the sea (2km), including the beautiful Rosaries beach and the seaside resort of Binic. This family longhouse is the ideal place for holidays or weekends with friends for a quiet stay guaranteed.

You will enjoy its calm and direct proximity to the sea, the GR 34, the forest and the highways. You can relax either on its very bright veranda, on its terrace or in its 500 m2 enclosed garden that is not overlooked. Shops located 18 minutes' walk away, bus stop nearby. The cabin – sea view – Binic

The cabin is located on the family grounds, with sea views and access to beaches and town, 10min walk (gr34) You enter through autonomous access. The cabin consists of a living room (24m2) with its sofa bed, which overlooks a beautiful terrace. A fully equipped kitchen, with a pantry and storage. One bathroom and 1 bedroom with a double bed. The cabin is heated by a wood stove, we provide wood and it's up to you to maintain the fire to heat the accommodation.

Small typical Breton house in stone. Ideally located for exploring Brittany. Close to the 4voies, the port of Binic by a wooded road, tree climbing, 500 m from the Trégomeur zoo, you may hear the animals! Kitchen and living room equipped with a stove , and a sofa bed,a small Japanese step staircase with a max load of 95 kg . On the landing is a library and desk, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, the bedroom with double bed. The garden is not fenced.

Ideally located for visiting the area, for business trips, for weekends....In the Pordic countryside in Tréméloir, 3 km from the center of Pordic, close to Saint-Brieuc, 8 km from the beaches: Binic, Etables-Sur-Mer, GR34 for hikes, Île de Bréhat, Cap Fréhel.... On the ground floor a main room, a kitchen and upstairs a bedroom bed 140x190, another bedroom with access to bathroom with a bed for 2, mezzanine click-clac, toilet in bathroom with bathtub.
