La casa es muy funcional , nueva y practica. Solo bajando las escaleras se encuentran con una zona para tomar el sol ,un solarium y una escalera de piscina para entrar en el mar, el fondo es de arena por lo que tiene un color turquesa y tienes la sensacion de bañarte en una enorme y natural piscina .A 2 minutos andando esta la pequeña playa con hamacas ,terraza bar muy practica si se tiene niños pequeños y en donde se puede comer .A 7 minutos andando desde la casa se encuentra uno de los mejores campo de golf con vistas al mar y magnifico restaurante .El paseo hasta el faro con toda la playa de pidrecitas es una de mis preferidas por la calidad del agua .Aucanada goza de la tranquilidad de una urbanizacion de vecinos con la ventaja de la proximidad tanto de Alcudia pueblo ,como el puerto de Alcudia si quieren mas ambiente ,ajetreo y muchisimos retaurantes y tiendas de todo tipo .Imprescindible alquilar coche para visitar Mallorca.
