Pleasant independent studio with all comforts: equipped kitchen, TV, bathroom with toilet/shower, sofa bed, terrace with summer lounge/barbecue, swimming pool (heated from May to September). Located in the charming spa village of Saubusse, shops (bar, restaurant, grocery store, bakery...), 20 minutes from the ocean and 15 minutes from Dax. You will discover the Adour and its "barthes"... Close to the main wedding reception halls in the area: Grange de Poudepe 50 m, Châteaux Monbet/Prada 10 min drive.

Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

10 minutes from the center of Bayonne and Biarritz, Jean and Isabelle will be happy to welcome you to the Millet house, an old house that they have restored. Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

However, apart from the common main driveway, this studio has a private parking space and enjoys total independence: private access, private garden and terrace as well, not overlooked.
