This place is a perfect base for visiting the French Riviera as you are 10 minutes away

I am present discreetly in a separate accommodation and remain available if needed.

My accommodation is located on Gairaut Hill, overlooking the city and the sea with exceptional views. The house has a large terrace, a nice garden and is close to the pool (communal) which is very quiet and not very busy. Art, culture, restaurants, local shops, all the pleasures of the French Riviera. You'll love my place because of its calm and refinement. A vehicle will be more convenient for visiting the surroundings.
