DETAILED DESCRIPTION: This beautiful holiday apartment is situated in the true centre of the “Vieille Ville”, in a characteristic old building full of charm and history. The apartment, measuring 53 sm + 15 sm of terrace, benefits from an incredible quantity of light, thanks to a south exposure and three very large Velux windows. The brightness is emphasized by the extensive use of white and natural neutral colors. The white furnishing blend with the neutral tones of wood floors convey serenity and invite guests to relax. The apartment has been renovated to include all modern comforts whilst maintaining the charm and soul of a seaside apartment, where the sea breeze comes in from every window left open. It has been conceived, with a panoramic terrace, for being a perfect and serene retreat allowing a couple to relax while being on the middle of the Old Town scene. With 300 sunshine days on the French Riviera you can enjoy this beautiful terrace all year round. Situated on the 5nd floor without lift, the stairs is wide and easy to climb. No expenses have been spared to add the best amenities: air conditioning in living room, dining area and in the bedroom. The kitchen, with bleached wood cabinets to complement the bleached oak parquet is equipped with fridge/refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Guests can choose to take their meal in the dining area sitting on the comfortable bench under a window that frames the blue sky or sitting at the terrace table watching the impressive illuminated steeple of Santa Rita's church. And if the sun becomes too strong and you prefer some shade then you can avail of the large parasol to keep you cool. The living room overlooking the sunny terrace is accessible from the dining area through a white wood staircase. The sofas in the lounge and on the terrace are designed to allow the guests to enjoy this spacious area where the division between inside and outside disappears. WIth the benefit of the choose to relax on the comfortable seating in the sun of the French Riviera or in the cool shade inside, however remaining together. The bedroom's double bed has a plush white headboard on which stands the cast of a real relief of Roman times. Right above the bed there is a Velux window (opening and darkened by a handy remote touch screen) through which is very romantic watching the stars before falling asleep. There is a built in wardrobe for your belongings.. Guest can enjoy a wi fi connection, a 40" lcd Samsung tv and a dvd reader. HOUSE RULES - PLEASE READ We don't want to implement lots of house rules as you are on holiday and we want you to relax and enjoy the apartment as much as we do. All we ask is that you love and respect our apartment and take good care of it for us. Please ensure that you take the terrace cushions in at night time or if you are going out for the day as it may rain. Please use your beach towels when sitting on the furniture if using sun cream and oil stains, as they can be difficult to remove and clean in time for the next guest. Also if using fake tan or hair dye please bring your own towels as these products permanently stain our white towels and linen which are expensive to replace. If towels and linen are soiled and stains cannot be removed then unfortunately you will be charged for replacing these items – we hope you understand. Finally our last request is that you ensure that you had a fabulous stay and enjoy Nice and the Riviera as much as we do. ARRIVAL - PLEASE READ The changeover fee of 110 euro this covers the Service/Utilities This fee includes cleaning of apartment, supply and laundering bed linen & towels, meet and greet, & starter necessities – a starter supply of dishwasher tablets, washing powder and toilet paper. I will meet you at the apartment on your arrival , and show you around. I speak English and love to welcome guests from all over the world to their temporary home on the Riviera. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10.00am. Should you wish an earlier or later check in we will try our best to accommodate you, depending if there is a same day check in / check out. For late arrivals after 7pm there is an additional fee of 20 euro, for arrivals from 10.00pm to midnight there the fee is 40 euro. If you are interested in wine tasting, booking a trip and airport transfer or have any requests to make you stay extra special, please contact us and we will be happy to help. The guests have access to the entire apartment. There are some owners belongings stored in the storage cupboard underneath the stairs. I will welcome you on your arrival and show you the apartment. I am contactable by mobile during your stay should you need me. Wander the cobbles of Vieux Nice (Old Town) to find restaurants, cafes, jazz clubs, galleries, and the famous Cours Saleya market. Or indulge in a glass of local rose and a beach lounger in front of the sparkling Cote D'Azure.

Located above Cap Marquet beach and 5 minutes walk away from Monaco Fontvieille, this calm and stylish 1-bedroom condo can accommodate up to 3 people. The sliding door between the kitchen and the living room provides a separated sleeping area on the convertible couch. Both the bedroom and the living room windows open to the beach and boast a splendid view. The bedroom comes with a small ensuite shower room and and a walk-in wardrobe with a safe.
