Large duplex apartment de 100 m2, 33 m2 terrace, located on the 5th FLOOR WITHOUT LIFT, in the heart of Old Nice. The effort involved in climbing the 5 flights of stairs is amply rewarded on arrival in the apartment, but of course you need to be able to :)) The entrance and kitchen have low ceilings. The shower room on the 5th floor is small but functional, a large open bathroom with a corner bath in the lower room of the duplex.
