It is in the typical, lively and sought-after neighborhood of Port de Nice, at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, on the ground floor of a small Niçoise building, that you will enjoy this beautiful 2-room 35 m2 apartment, refurbished in 2024. A 2-minute walk from the accommodation you will find a Niçoise deli, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket open 7 days a week… The port is a 2-minute walk, the direct tram to the airport is 5 minutes away and the first beaches are less than 10 minutes away. Possible rental of the garage at the foot of the accommodation.

Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

The 24 m2 studio (+ 7 m2 terrace) has a light, airy open-plan living space including a fully equipped kitchen-diner, lounge/bed room with a top quality Italian fold-down sofa bed. Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

Beautiful and very bright 1 bedroom apartment, fully equipped and air-conditionned; The living room has a superb sea view on the side; You will love having your breakfast on the balcony which is south oriented. It is located at the perfect spot of Nice, in between the wonderful beach "La reserve" and the port of Nice. Perfect for discovering the city of Nice, going for a walk on the Promenade des Anglais or the old Nice, having a brunch Place du Pin or taking a swim at the beach "La reserve".

Charmant duplex, entièrement climatisé et rénové, dans une maison individuelle. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Baie des Anges. Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.

The location can't be better - beaches, La Promenade, Old Town and all amenities are just 5 min walk. The unit is accessible from the airport with Tram Line 2.
