Words can’t describe how gorgeous and wonderful this place was. I felt right at home, and it was a very natural space. The windows had a wonderful amount of light shining through, able to illuminate the space without really having to consume a lot of electricity. It was very spacious and well-stocked. All in all, 5 stars isn’t enough of a rating to give this place, so I’ll give it a 10/10 instead!

Nice place! Really clean and comfortable

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and included anything you would need to do any sort of cooking. He also left snacks and treats (microwave popcorn and a candy bowl that were a hit with my kids) and a lovely bottle of wine. The loft in the rental is especially cool with a great rooftop balcony. David had patio furniture in the balcony (which was not shown in the picture) which we would have used if the weather had been a bit nicer. A few things to note: there is a very long staircase to get up to the rental. (This was not at all a problem for us but could be for someone with mobility issues.) The stairs were carpeted so looked a bit dingy because of all the outside shoes/dirt that comes in from outside before getting to the rental door. As well, there are a few pictures in the listing that are not of this rental. (Brown couch, brick wall with opening). Overall this was a great place to stay and we would come again for sure.

I highly recommend Cindy's Airbnb, It was extraordinarily well supplied, with everything you could need for a short or longer term stay. Cindy was an amazingly kind and helpful host. My husband and I stayed for four months while I did a teaching fellowship at Western University during a particularly bad winter and we were cozy and comfortable. The snow was immediately cleared and we felt very well taken care of.

Such a charming space! The house is "lived in", meaning it had all the creature comforts of a "home", it didn't feel like a sparse rental. My family and I were only there for 2 nights, but when I saw the fully stocked kitchen, I wanted to cook or bake! The beds were comfortable, tons of towels available, even robes... the backyard outdoor space was so cozy for morning coffee or afternoon lounging. The location is perfect: on a very quiet street, but a 60-second walk to the main village with wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as Little Beach. Susanna is a perfect host. Communication was outstanding. She was so helpful with finding places that would be open on Easter weekend. I would recommend Orchard Beach Boutique Cottage if you're looking for a relaxing place that is close to lots of amenities; I would love to go back during the summer.

Was in town for work with my team. We stayed at Hailey's place for 2 nights. Place was clean and as described. Price was also appeasing. Definitely worth it

We very much enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect if you want to walk to main streets and has a Tim hortons right next door.

Excellent find! Jacob was so quick to respond to any question we had. House is exactly as described and could not have wanted a more comfortable place. Kitchen and bathroom had all the amenities needed and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

Sid was a great host. It snowed and he had someone come by and salt the place and kept in touch to see if all was good. Definity will recommend this place.

The apartment is absolutely spotless and beautifully maintained. I had the pleasure of meeting Antoinette’s husband, who was very friendly and welcoming. When we had a little trouble opening the door, they responded immediately, and he came to help us right away. The place is perfect for relaxing—peaceful, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need. I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely come back.

This for us was home away from home! Everything therein was exquisite from the furniture, to the beddings, to the hand soap and even to the silverware! We will sure be back again. Thanks for having us

We just spent a whole week in London at Joe's place. It's a great location with easy access to everything. Joe's check-in/out instructions are super detailed and easy to follow. The unit itself is cozy. We love the fully equipped kitchen with enough crockery. It has almost everything we need. I love the layout of the two full-sized bedrooms. Beds are very comfortable. They even create a quiet home office corner in the living room. Joe was very friendly and responsive to our queries. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations. We will definitely book with Joe again!

I stayed here for 4 months, and it had everything I needed. I had very few issues, but they responded to any messages I had within the hour no matter the time of day and came by very quickly to address it.

The accommodation is exactly as seen in the photos, it is very complete, the hosts are super friendly. My stay for 40 days was wonderful, very close to Argyle Mall. The area is very quiet Very cozy. Thank you!!

Loved our stay! There are multiple units at this address, so it can get a little noisy with people walking up and down the stairs during the day— it didn’t disturb us at all, but just a good thing to know before booking.
