New studio /efficiency located in attached guesthouse above the garage. This is a private space with a separate entrance centrally located in Wilmington. Just over 2 miles to Wrightsville Beach or about 5 miles to historic downtown Wilmington. Access to our dock on Hewlett’s Creek to sit and relax or launch your kayak or paddle board. This rental is well appointed with small kitchenette (no oven), full bathroom and king size bed. 55” smart TV, Wi-Fi. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything.

Our home is nestled in a quiet family friendly neighborhood, perfect for long walks and bike rides with the family. Come grab your "Coral Compass" and explore all that Wilmington has to offer! The Pond View Loft Apartment offers a private retreat on a quiet three-acre wooded property with a beautiful spring-fed three-quarter-acre stocked pond. Conveniently located just seven miles from Wrightsville Beach and ten miles from downtown Wilmington, the loft provides the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options, including a movie theater, are also nearby.

The Lake Cottage

The Lake Cottage is located across the street from Greenfield Lake. It is a 3 minute walk to the Amphitheater and 9 minute walk to the Park Center with boat rental, playground, skakeboard park, and Pickleball Courts. There is a 4.5 paved trail that runs around the lake across the street. The Lake Cottage lies down its own private walkway and has a fairly-land feel about it.
