La casetta di via Pia è una piccola casa storica del 1880, tipicamente costruita con pietra locale: il nero basalto dell'altipiano di Abbasanta. "Casetta", perché tutto sembra in formato ridotto... le piccole finestre, il forno per il pane, il cortile. Nuovo appartamento con ampie vetrate sul giardino privato con vista sulle colline in direzione di Capo Caccia. Zona living con angolo cottura e vetrate scorrevoli sul giardino, area esterna con pergola. Camera matrimoniale con bagno, arredi di design con qualche tocco di mobilio ed artigianato sardo. Doccia esterna incastonata nella pietra. La residenza è immersa nel verde a soli 4 chilometri dal centro cittadino, vicino ai principali servizi e alle spiagge, lontano dal traffico e dai rumori.

Sa Rocca è una struttura dalla peculiare muratura in roccia. Divisa su due piani presenta zona giorno con divano letto e angolo cottura, camera da letto, cabina armadio e bagno completo. La casa è attrezzata di tutto il necessario, tra cui numerosi elettrodomestici da cucina, aria condizionata, lavatrice e tv. Da essa ci si sposta a piedi per passeggiare tra le vie del centro storico e raggiungere facilmente negozi, bar, ristoranti e tutti i servizi utili. A pochi minuti si trova parcheggio.

The property is a villa placed in a little valley on a plot of about one hectar. The accommodation is superbly located on a panoramic valley floor overlooking the gentle hills all around. Il "Nido" is only 5 min away from the nearest beach by car, it's surrounded by vineyards, silence and peace; each room overlooks the main terrace with an open panorama on the gulf. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private parking and back terrace, you can enjoy a ravishing hot shower on the sunset. The builiding was renovated in Jan.2025 while kitchen and bedroom a few years ago in a simple and cosy style, in our house you're going to fill you up with BLUE, relax !

New apartment with high quality finish: two double bedrooms, one bathroom and living area with a kitchen equipped with all comforts, dining table, sofa and TV. Each room has air conditioning. The outside patio is equipped with table and chairs: a large common garden and a private barbecue are available. We are in the countryside but close to the city, to the public services and the beaches, far from the summer hustle and traffic.
