An ideal base for couples & families, close to Holyrood Park, Arthur’s Seat and with lots of lovely bars & restaurants within walking distance. We welcome well behaved dogs, kids & their owners!

Located just 15-20 mins walk to Holyrood Palace and the foot of the Royal Mile and Edinburgh's Old Town and right next to Queens Park, and the volcanic peak of Arthur's seat. This artists flat is a little rough around the edges and rustic in nature but it's a special place that's spacious, bright and peaceful, despite being close to town. You’ll love our large shared garden , the cozy living room and the close proximity to the royal park and volcano in the front garden! great for dogs!
