My apartment is a traditional Victorian building, a 60 second walk to the beach and the Promenade - Portobello is the place to be if you want to experience more local life and enjoy the sea air and many brilliant restaurants, bars and shops whilst still being very close to the centre. Several direct & quick bus services to the city centre stop right across the road departing and arriving very regularly. Hope to hear from you!

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

First-floor flat with bright living room and kitchen and bright double bedroom located in a quiet street just off Easter Road. The flat has an internet connection, a small modern kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine. Iron and hairdryer are also provided. For parties of more than two, there is a sofa bed in the lounge and a dining table for up to four guests to use.

Portobello Beach is 15 minute walk away which is a must see especially with kids they will love it in all weathers. Buses (every 10 minutes) stop at end of the street to city centre which takes about 15/20 minutes. Co-op, post office, and various takeaways at end of street. Travel cot available if needed NO parties we will be contacted to deal with any noise at the property as we only live a few minutes away. Ring doorbell has been set up to monitor this.

This 19th century cottage attached to our family home is a unique find, tucked away and peaceful, but just a short walk to the historic city centre. Perfect for exploring! With a super comfortable bed and a working wood burning stove you'll be nice and cosy. There's loads of board games and books if you want a quiet night in. My parents who live next door are available for tips on Edinburgh, or we can leave you in peace if you prefer!
