Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Portoferraio

We felt very comfortable in Federico's house... a wonderful terrace with sea views, which we liked and often used... a few steps to three very nice and clean beaches... in the kitchen everything was available... a very quiet place, which we greatly appreciated.

It was beautiful! The view of the valley and the mountain, the tranquility and the house were absolutely fantastic. Communication with Giacomo was quick and easy. Highly recommended! We will be back!

We had a good time. Nadia offers excellent service. If you have any questions, you will get a quick response. The house is equipped with everything needed in everyday life and for cooking. The garden is fantastic. Showers in the garden in the sun and in the rain. Fresh figs from the tree and herbs for cooking. A small beautiful paradise highly recommended. We can't fault anything at all and would leave any time.

Small corner of paradise surrounded by nature in Marina di Campo. The two-room apartment is inside a tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The lady who manages it is very nice and friendly. The garden is really wonderful, a vacation inside the vacation, there is an area with hammocks, bocce, a solarium and a barbecue to eat out. Everything is truly furnished with care and love. You are fresh and enjoy the tranquility of the place in the green. There are also bicycles for rent. The sea is one kilometer away. Highly recommended!!

Great hosts. Took every precaution in case there were problems with heating, so they even gave us the keys to another rental nearby. That is truly caring for the guests. Highly recommended, great for a couple.

If you want, you can reach the sea of Baratti on foot or by bicycle along the bike path that starts from close to home. It'll be a couple of miles. We stayed a week, my partner, a 6-year-old girl and our 2 dogs...what can we say...we had a great time in all respects. Rossella, Francesco and the 2 children were very hospitable, friendly and never intrusive. Our place was clean and equipped with all possible amenities, including a spacious room, a kitchen complete with everything, even with a dishwasher and microwave, and a spacious bathroom. Sheets, towels, and even vacuum cleaners, clothesline, etc. Outside we had an area for exclusive use with table, chairs and umbrella. The view of the sea is fantastic and just go down stairs to get to the private beach of the villa where there is a terrace with lounge chairs and armchairs shared with other guests. If we return to the area, we will definitely always look for accommodation in Villa the hermite! Thank you so much 💖

The stay was very pleasant, the terrace overlooking the sea is the centerpiece, eating in front of the view is really fascinating. The place is very relaxing, as it is in a quiet, isolated residential area without chaos. The apartment is simple and functional. Gianluca was an impeccable remote host, he welcomed us as if he were there in person, providing all the useful information and also tips on the surroundings. He was always present and available. The only note to pay attention to is the parking, as the reserved parking space is quite narrow and sometimes the parked cars make access difficult.

We had a very nice time. It was the first vacation for the four of us and the kids also got their money's worth. We were able to walk to the sandy beach. In the evening you can eat well right on the beach. The property itself is a playground - ideal for families with children. Silvia was super nice and helpful. Overall, only recommended for families with children.

The location is great,about 5 minutes from Sottobomba beach and close to Capobianco beach. The center of Portoferraio is about a 5-minute drive. Highly recommended house x touring the island and x a pleasant vacation!
