Holiday rentals with a patio in Portsmouth

Great stay! Exactly as described and right in the middle of everything. Parking was a huge plus - and Jeff let us park early and offered us the spot after check out if we needed it. Very responsive - checked in on us to make sure we were set. Excellent spot - would recommend!

Great location and the apartment had everything we needed. Walking distance to brewery, cocktail bar and restaurants! A few minutes walk to heart of Providence. We will come back again!

I grew up in Warren RI so I’m very familiar with this small town. The town has a lot of character, with an artsy vibe. Warren is very walkable. The East Bay Bike path is just down the road from Vlad’s place which is perfect; I enjoy starting my day walking, biking, etc... Like me, Warren has grown up, there are some fabulous restaurants, some new and some old. Honestly, I visit Crossroads Pub every time I’m back in town, I used to go there as a “kid”. If you like beer, walk to the Guild Brewing Company, right on the water, not five minutes away. If you want to head out of the area, it’s only about forty minutes to Newport or Providence. Vlad’s place is in a great location to venture out from and a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. I enjoyed my stay, Vlad was a great host and will return some day.

Jay has a very unique and cool spot. Highly recommend to anyone who'd like to explore Newport. Barley had to use a car while visiting because of the great location. Had a very good time.

The apartment is spacious, cute and well equipped. Sean was very responsive via email and text and flexible about the check-in time, which was helpful. The neighborhood is great and Sean provided useful recommendations in his guide.

Such an amazing location! Walking distance to downtown Warren which is full of wonderful spots to eat and shops to check out. The apartment was cozy and perfect for 2 adults and 2 well behaved dogs. Bobby was wonderful. Super friendly, flexible when plans and dates changed, and an animal-lover which is a plus in our book! =) We will absolutely stay again next time we're in the area.

I have stayed in many AirBnB's when I have been visiting my daughter at Brown. it is just me and sometimes my daughter sleeps over. I like a well organized place with clear instructions and everything in its place. This unit was perfect. Completely new remodel and great location. Cozy and well organized. Full Five Stars!

This was a true gem--the best experience I have had in over 15 yrs of using AirBnb! The attic apartment is as cozy as it looks online, tastefully designed with an aesthetic eye, spotlessly clean, and super well-appointed. The space is lovely and quite luxurious. I am very glad I stayed there as a long-term renter. The weather was not too hot or cold when I stayed, but the heating was easy and controllable by room. Knowing I would be needing to cook meals, do laundry, etc., Susan had truly equipped the apartment with everything I might need, including getting a new countertop oven for baking in case I needed it. She and her family were always helpful and had lots of local suggestions of things to do/see/eat, as needed. They live in the building and Susan is super responsive! The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and its easy to get to/from Brown Univ. I felt safe walking home even after dark. I would stay here again, no question, and I hope I have a chance to come back soon!

Stayed in this house for a long weekend and it was wonderful! It’s a very comfortable house with ample bathrooms and a perfect location. It’s easy to get into town and very close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need, the beds are comfortable and clean, the entire house was very spotless. If you’re looking for a nice getaway in Newport, this house will be good to you!

This was a great place!! Peaceful location and great space. Had everything I needed. Can’t wait to come back. Hosts were wonderful and really responsive. Loved the card and note that was left for us.

We stayed at Maria's for three nights. The house is clean, has plenty of space, and has everything you need. Comfortable beds, plenty of plates and glasses. Walgreens and Walmart are nearby. Providence is also easy to reach. There is a parking lot right by the house. Check-in is extremely straightforward, and Maria is always available and responds very quickly. You receive precise instructions for check-in. If we were to travel to Providence again, we would stay with Maria again.

Amelia’s place was perfect for our stay. We loved the beautiful decor and the outdoor spaces to hangout with friends. We would definitely go back again.

The house is beautiful, with a fully stocked and clean kitchen. The back yard is large and the house has yard games. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are perfect. Our family had a fun a relaxing week. Peter, our host had great suggestions for dinner and groceries. Close to many activities. We shopped, hiked, played games, walked the neighborhood, and relaxed in the house. Great week!

Wonderful stay for our family, peaceful but great proximity to the cape and Boston. Tiverton had plenty to do on days we wanted to stay home. Macy has the house stocked with everything we needed and then some. We look forward to returning!

Kelly’s place was the perfect location for our weekend in Newport. Street parking was easy to find. The home is very comfortable and Kelly left us some nice treats and cold drinks I the refrigerator. Restaurants and shops are walking distance and a very nice bakery was just a block away for morning coffee and pastries. We highly recommend Kelly’s place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place had a lot of character and charm, not to mention very clean. Trip and Christina were thoughtful hosts who went above and beyond with special touches like extra toiletries. The location was perfect—close to downtown and within walking distance of some great breakfast spots, which was ideal for morning walks with our dog. We'd definitely stay here again!

Such a cute place to stay! Walkable to downtown as well as Brown University. Plenty of local restaurants nearby. The property was clean and beautiful. As others mentioned, we could hear the renters upstairs, but this should be expected for any similar home. It had so much character. We loved it! Highly recommend and would definitely rent again if back in the area. Almost forgot to mention the amazing shower! Fellow women with different types of showers, this is the everything shower DREAM! But don’t want to wash your hair? There are 3 shower heads so you can avoid the waterfall shower head. Legit using this shower as inspiration for our bathroom remodel we were already planning!

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.

Honestly, Rachel was incredible! We were a little confused about which parking lot to use but that was an us thing haha. We messaged Rachel and she responded almost immediately. The entrance was only a tiny bit tricky but just as she described the restaurant staff was so friendly and helpful when asked about it. The place was clean, the area is fun and convenient! I will 100% be a returning customer and would recommend her space to anyone. Federal Hill is a nice place to feel like you’re out of RI while still being in RI anyway but everything Rachel had to offer just added to the magic of it all! Thank you, sweets! You’re an amazing host.

Condo is beautiful as is The view and location. Jennifer was quick to respond and a great host. Neighborhood is filled with great restaurants. Definitely going to stay there again in the future...
