The apartment offers a pleasant mix of modern comfort and traditional charm. The central location provides easy access to the local amenities and hiking trails. The view of the mountains is impressive, and the Zirbenstube gives the property a special touch. The apartment is well suited for travelers who want to explore the region. Cozy studio in a quiet mountain village, both night and day you couldn't hear a fly flying. Although the apartment was small, as a couple and with a dog (he also made us find a bowl🥹) we found it very comfortable in the spaces and equipped with everything you need, nothing was missing. The great location allowed us to spend a day in Livigno and a day in St Moritz, passing through the beautiful Swiss mountains that border the country. A 3-minute walk away is a paid public parking lot needed for the night. Nicole was always responsive, friendly and helpful: she allowed us both a check-in and a flexible check-out (exception that allowed us to coincide with events, but not always able to grant). Highly recommended, can't wait to visit you again, see you soon!

From The View we enjoyed an extraordinary view. The house has been well developed, each room has its own charm and under the roof it smells wonderfully of wood. It was cozy to sit by the fire in front of the fireplace. Depending on the weather, The View offers different places to stay, probably even in warmer weather outside. We were traveling by public transport and were able to use an alpine taxi on arrival and departure, otherwise the hiking trail in front of the house offers a quick way to get to Poschiavo. We didn't meet Ursula in person, but she was always there for us. Thank you!

We had such a great time at the house of Niculin and Barbara in Poschiavo. The house is very big with many rooms and we felt very comfortable. It’s obviously a great house for large groups but we also liked it a lot as a family of five :) We enjoyed ice skating near the lake and the red train. The restaurants and bakeries in Poschiavo are amazing. Niculin and Barbara have been very proactive and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality!
