Eine große Terrasse, die nach Süden ausgerichtet ist, erreicht man direkt durch das Wohnzimmer. Verkehrsverbindungen nach Berlin sind Fußläufig in ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich mehrere im nahen Umfeld. Bitte die Hausregeln lesen.

Extensive remodelling in 2020 and furnishing in a classical style in keeping with the period in which the house was built (around 1900). The high ceilings create an elegant and relaxed atmosphere.

Sowohl der Filmpark Babelsberg als auch der gleichnamige Stadtteil sind interessante Ausflugsziele. Mit der etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernten S-Bahn sind Sie in 25 Minuten in Berlin oder in 10 Minuten im Potsdamer Stadtkern. Mit dem Auto gelangt man innerhalb von 5 Minuten zur Autobahn, aber weder sie noch die Bahn sind nachts zu hören.

We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

It’s on the first floor, the apartment has 100 sm, has two massive rooms, which are connected, a big kitchen and dining area, plus 2 bathrooms. It’s in the center of Berlin, a 1 minute walk to Rosa Luxemburg Platz and a 5 min walk to Hackescher Markt or Alexander Platz. The street is full of little shops, lovely restaurants and bars, but still quite and not too crowded.

There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.
