Here you benefit from centrally located accommodation in a quiet residential street with short walks to the lively Nuremberg city center, many shopping opportunities as well as restaurants, bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity as well as a top connection to public transport. This accommodation is therefore ideal for all travel plans - whether for visiting the Christmas market or for trade fair visitors.

Quiet and not far from the fun park, basement apartment with charming terrace. Our 50m2 apartment can accommodate 2 adults + 2/3 children or max. 3 adults. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size box spring bed and in the living/dining area there is another sofa bed (1.20mx2.0m). The house was newly built and is located on the edge of a small forest. The fun park is a 10-minute walk away, supermarkets can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
