Majô's house is located just a 5-minute walk to Jabaquara Beach and a 25-minute walk to the historic center, making it possible to feel the tranquility of staying on the coast, without being far from the hustle and bustle of the center. In the neighborhood, there is a bakery and small markets. The beach is mangrove, the cradle of marine life, and so it has shallow and calm waters, offering the perfect conditions for stand up and kayaking. There are several kiosks where you can have lunch, dinner and drinks with your feet in the sand.

House within the Historical Center of Paraty with parking space! Perfect location ✨ Read the reviews. ☺️ 🏠 Espaçosa, airy, lots of natural light and garden in the center of the house. A lamp line illuminates the garden. Starlink Wi-Fi 🚀 🚗 Parking: 1) I PROVIDE A CAR SPOT in a parking lot 270 meters from home. 2) The street of the house goes around the Historic Center, then passes the car and it is possible to stop in front of the house. And the sea? 150 meters, at the end of the street.

Casa do Beija-flor. Saco do Mamanguá

Casa do Beija-Flor is located in Saco de Mamanguá (left side), “embraced” by native Atlantic Forest and set back about 300 meters from the resident Caiçara population. Built of masonry and wood, it has two decks with excellent views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. Because it is a preserved forest, it is home to some animal species such as opossums, lizards, squirrels and insects (including many hummingbirds!). The tip is to just observe them and, if necessary, use body repellents.

Casa Chama

Cozy and very airy house in a unique and quiet place. With an incredible look, for those who love nature and the soft sound of the sea. We are on the route of the best trails (waterfall and Pico do Pão de Açúcar). We have a beautiful and spacious deck, with a barbecue facing the sea and a charming shed where the canoe is located, which we make available to guests so that they can explore Saco do Mamanguá with more autonomy. Access is only by sea and arranged directly with the boatman.
