Fantastic vacation residence 8 minutes from downtown Paraty and only 90 meters from the second beach of Corumbê, also called Corumbezinho. Beautiful waterfront property with 2 en-suites and 3 fully equipped bathrooms: air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, TV, WiFi, comfortable and tasteful furniture, full kitchen, garden with hammocks and landscaping, barbecue and much more.
