Sound Experience

Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

Peaceful oceanside garden suite with covered patio area, fire table and BBQ. Steep path to private beach. Enjoy panoramic ocean view from your suite and watch otters play and whales spout. Eagles soar from treetops and hummingbirds zip about the garden. Newly renovated suite boasts fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom for pampering with tub/shower and heated floors. King bedroom with electric fireplace (no window) and second bedroom with bunkbed (curtained off from main living area)

Heather Cottage - Beautiful Wetland Views

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

Frolander Bay Resort - Tiny Home

Our Tiny Home has beautiful views of Frolander Bay and is nestled on a hill at the top of our 2.5 acre property. For those who enjoy the beach, it is only a quick walk down the street to Beach Access on Scotch Fir Point Road and less than a 5 minute drive to a lovely private beach at Canoe Bay. The Stillwater Bluffs are walking distance and worth checking out, especially on a clear day! We are located 10 mins from the Saltery Bay Ferry Terminal and 25 mins to downtown Powell River.

Seawalk Cottage Semi-Waterfront Mini Suite

Enjoy lovely ocean views from this private above ground basement mini suite with outside entrance. Fresh, open and fully renovated, with large windows facing the ocean, it’s an easy walk to restaurants and shops along the nearby Seawalk. Watch for whales, eagles and sea lions out front. Spacious 2 bedroom ground level suite is in my home. It provides everything you need to enjoy your time while exploring Powell River. Own private entrance and driveway, patio with barbecue, internet, TV, Roku. Fully equipped kitchen. Pets are welcome. It is considered rural-12 km to town, 3km to the golf course (towards town) and 4 km south to a beach. The neighborhood is quiet which makes it conducive to a good night's sleep. The space has wonderful amenities including a spa-worthy bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and two patio spaces.
