Idyllic, refurbished character barn. Sleeps 2.

An historic fully refurbished character barn attached to our traditional Welsh Long House home. Having a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed accessing it via a beautiful spiral staircase. Downstairs is an open plan lounge kitchen dinner with a wood burning stove and a beautiful chandelier. The kitchen is well appointed including electric oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a wine cooler. Large windows are at the front and back of the property with the most stunning views.

Chapel Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set in the Welsh hills, it’s a walkers paradise or simply a relaxing place to get away from it all listening to the stream at the end of the garden. For 2024 we have introduced a hot tub so after a hard day walking you can relax in the hot tub overlooking the river. If you need to work from the cottage we now have Starlink. Beautiful Barn conversion near the base of Mynydd Troed (Foot Mountain) in Brecon Beacons National Park. 1.5 miles to Llangorse lake, 10 miles to Hay-on-Wye. Enter through the oak framed porch into the large open plan leaving area with a well equipped kitchen, and comfy lounge area with wood burning stove and large tv.
