Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pozuelo de Alarcón

The host was attentive and was always attentive to us and our needs in the house. He responds quickly. The place is just like the listing. We felt very comfortable in the house.

We had a great weekend, three couples of friends with small children. The house was clean and had everything you need, exactly as described. One room downstairs and three bedrooms above, two bathtubs that come great with children. Although we were unable to use the pool because it was not seasonal, it was fenced and is an extra quiet with the children. Yes they used the trampoline a lot and the spacious patio, Beatriz even left a small swing and slide although it was already a bit old. The only thing is that around the house there is not much to do and there is some big park in the village, but there are many restaurants and some routes within a few minutes by car. We really liked it.

What a paradise! Plenty of peace, wonderful to hear so many birds in the morning, beautiful house. The children enjoyed the pool, despite the fresh weather. We were able to get off to El Escorial, Madrid, Segovia and Avila. Perfect communication. Really, everything was great!

We loved the house and the truth is that if the photos draw attention, when you arrive it is even better. A 10 for the house and the owners, who solved all our doubts and helped us retrieve a suitcase that we left behind.

A quiet and beautiful place with many amenities to spend a few days near Madrid but in nature. Relaxation and fresh air.

Despite the rain over the weekend, we had a very good two days at Andrés' house, which has a covered outdoor area. We highly recommend this place.

We had an excellent stay. Javier’s daughter let us into the property and showed us around, she was extremely friendly and spoke excellent English, which we were very grateful for. Garden area was lovely, unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use the BBQ or swimming pool as visit was in April and it wasn’t warm enough but garden would be fantastic in the summer months. We were pleasantly surprised that we could securely park our large (Ford Tourneo Custom) family car on the driveway- inside automatic gates, which allowed us easy loading and unloading of our luggage. We visited Parque Warner and Parque de Atracciones both of which were only a 25/30 minute drive away. Would throughly recommend staying in this property, house was spacious and had everything we needed for a brilliant stay. Thank you Javier! Xx

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Madrid! It worked out perfectly for our group of four. The space was very clean, and having two full bathrooms made everything so much more convenient. The location was fantastic — coffee shops, a grocery store, a fruit stand, and great restaurants were all just a short walk away. There’s also a beautiful park just a block from the apartment, which we loved exploring. Ubers were always available within two minutes, making it easy to get around the city. Plus, the apartment is in a very quiet area, so we always had a peaceful place to come back to after a busy day. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well equipped apartment in the heart of Madrid. Central between Royal Palace and the Retiro Park and art museums. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Host made extra effort to make our check in very easy, and was easy to communicate with. Only downside was that the building next door is under construction or demolition and there were jackhammer noises each day starting before 8:30 am and continuing through the day.

We loved it, a mixture of old and modern, very good location and easy to reach by car, taxi and metro, I would definitely stay again

We had a great stay at Hugo’s place! He was super accommodating to our schedule. He let us dropped off luggage early at 11:30am and also let us checked in earlier than 3pm. It was greatly appreciated! The place was cozy and great for 8 of us! It’s highly recommended!

Oliver's apartment is a wonderful retreat right in the heart of Madrid. It is so beautifully and thoughtfully appointed (as the pictures attest), so clean, and so well supplied (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom). I echo many other reviewers: "Oliver has one of the very, very best places on Airbnb!" He was an excellent communicator; Ana was great. We are eager to return.

The house is perfect, modern and with space for a large family. It has everything you need to spend a very nice stay. In addition, Francisco and Rober were very friendly and explained everything to detail. We had a pleasant experience, we recommend it

We went to spend the weekend 14 friends and we enjoyed the house a lot, very comfortable and with entertainment rooms along with the patio very well equipped each area. The host was very attentive, he helped us make the stay pleasant at all times. 100% Recommended ☺️

We spent a few friends over the weekend in this amazing house. It is a home, modern and cozy, we felt right at home, we recommend it 100%. Clean, tidy, comfortable... If you have to put a "but", I would say that the pillows should be improved, they are very soft and the house at night was a little cold, the temperature is always at 22°, but it was a little cold in the common areas, at night most slept with some blanket above. Regardless of this, everything was amazing.

We rented the accommodation with 15 friends and the experience could not have been better: swimming pool, barbecue, garden, huge living room away from the house to be able to dance, play board games, etc. while the rest could rest without a problem. And Teba, the host, was super available and willing to help us with everything. Perfect for a summer weekend and close to Madrid. We'll be back for sure.

Great place to stay for families. Peaceful place and incredible surroundings. Backyard was also impressive! Highly recommended.

We had a great time in Molino del Manto, and we look forward to coming back soon. The house is perfect for families, from old to small with plenty of spaces in and out, spacious and bright. The gardens are a wonder and the kitchen for numerous dinners as a family in the heat of the fireplace, too! To highlight the people in charge of the house, very nice, discreet and always aware that we were comfortable.

A beautiful and very cozy house, with immense gardens and plenty of space inside also for our group. Great that there is a bathroom in each room. The hosts are very attentive and caring. We felt right at home and if it arises, we would definitely repeat. Highly recommended.

Joaquin's accommodation is amazing. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature. The house is great, large, spacious, lacks nothing, cared for, tidy and clean. This weekend was very cold but the heating was quite hot and the fireplace was a plus. It rained us a lot and we were able to take very little advantage of the outside but it is also phenomenal, with a covered porch and enough tables and chairs. We went with friends and had a great time. Joaquín is a very attentive host who answered all our questions very quickly. A place to repeat without a doubt.
