The accommodation is a small house, made with mostly ecological materials and lovingly furnished and decorated to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The little house is inside our garden, but it is totally independent. The plot has direct views of the Guadarrama National Park and is a very quiet place of spectacular beauty. It is a 5-minute drive from La Pedriza, 20 minutes from Puerto de Navacerrada and 35 minutes from Plaza de Castilla (Madrid)

Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

Quiet and very bright apartment, within a totally independent and brand new 19th century property, perfectly equipped in the historic center of Madrid. Malasaña is one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Madrid, located next to the Gran Vía and near the Plaza del Sol. It has a very varied cultural and gastronomic offer, a lively atmosphere at night and quiet to walk, enjoy its terraces in the sun or go shopping. Very well connected.

Welcome to Madera! Spectacular newly renovated two-story penthouse, with a 50-meter ground floor, an attic with a 30-meter bathroom and a large 20-square-meter terrace. The house is located on the 4th floor of a historic wooden building without an elevator, on one of the quietest streets in Malasaña in the heart of Madrid and a few meters from Gran Vía. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Animals (cats, dogs) are prohibited.
