The stay was much better than expected, the apartment was impeccable and was extremely spacious, being much more than presented in the photos! In addition to accommodating 8 people very well. The host was left in the rooms and the apartment was well equipped. The condominium has a very large pool, equipped gym, nearby restaurants, and the beach is very close by. We had a small mishap at check in, because although the host had registered the name of the guests for their stay, upon arriving there had only registered the name of one person in the system, making us have to wait around 40 minutes to get in touch with the host and get into the condominium, it was all wonderful. Of suggestion, to make contact easier if a problem occurs, I suggest the host to leave another phone number to make it easier. No more, I highly recommend this location!

It was excellent, comfortable, spacious, clean, with many necessary utensils, and even more than we needed, shade side balcony, and pool view. Excellent Host Aryadna is extremely attentive, careful, and has given us all the support we need to make our trip enjoyable. The only point of suggestion is an air conditioner in the room, or more fan is a slightly warm environment.

We have already rented other units in this condominium, but André's accommodation was a pleasant surprise! The condominium is excellent, on the sand, organized, with kind and attentive staff. Close to good restaurants, markets and etc. You can walk to the beach park along the beach. André's apartment was excellent for my family. Two very comfortable en-suites, plus an outbuilding with a bathroom! Everything is of great quality and working perfectly. The kitchen is complete and had all the utensils we needed. I recommend it to everyone and I am immensely grateful to André for his kindness and speed in communication, always concerned with making everything perfect!

Wonderful lodging! We spent a quiet and fun weekend as a family. The house is very spacious and has a great leisure area. The hosts promptly answer the messages and were flexible at the check-in and check-out. The location is great as it is next to Beach Park and is quite safe. It has all the kitchen utensils. Only one electric fryer is missing, but as we were previously warned, we took ours. We don't use the barbecue, but if someone is going to use it, take grills because there's only one available. We received the house clean and tidy, with new bedding. It's a place that invites you to return. We are on our home list for a second and third stay.

It was a great stay, the house is very good and large, the leisure areas are very well distributed, furniture with quality and everything working perfectly well. Super i recommend it.

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

Environment exactly as in the photos, or even better, does not mention in the listing and I did not find it in the comments, but I find it useful to add, the apartment is on the ground floor, in front of the pool, to see the sea, has direct access to the leisure area! Kitchen with all the utensils, has a dishcloth! The Resort offers the option to buy the towel exchange, 20 reais per person and every day you can take a towel. I did the bug tour, do it is great, a tip, do not close with the drivers who stay outside the resort, it is usually more expensive, I closed for 480.00 and then with one inside the resort was 350! Wear sunscreen and reserve without fear, the place is wonderful!

Great stay! Perfect location, a few steps from Iracema beach (the apartment even has a sea view). Well furnished, spacious, 3 air conditioners. Nothing to complain about.

Our stay at Raquel's apartment was wonderful! The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos; everything of great quality, a lot of comfort and tranquility. It has everything we need and even more; she is kind enough to leave water, cleaning products and some other kitchen amenities. Everything works perfectly and extra point for the comfort of bed and bath linens. Congratulations on the excellent accommodation that gives us direct access to the beach, very good indeed. Amazing! Great Airbnb with all you need. The location is perfect, just in front of the beach. I felt very safe walking the neighborhood. Thomas gave clear instructions and replied immediately. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was out of order. The excessive electricity consumption will be charged additionally. I don't feel we used the AC excessively. We were never below 25°C and also didn't turn all of them on at once. However, we were also above that "normal consumption". This was a little bit weird, specially if you consider, that the door to the balcony doesn't close properly. Maybe an adjustment of the rate in order to include that "extra consumption" would be logical.
