Casinha no alto da montanha com vista privilegiada da Praia Martim de Sá. O espaço interno do quarto tem: uma cama de casal e uma cama de solteiro, ventilador, HD-TV. A área externa possui uma plataforma para um agradável café da manhã com a vista do mar. Do lado esquerdo da suite, fica o espaço gourmet com pia, churrasqueira, forno a lenha, forno de pizza e frigobar e utensilios para cozinhar. Em outra área da propriedade temos um deck de piscina com espreguicadeira.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
