Great location, the pool seems to be bigger in the picture but nothing we don't enjoy.. the rooms are great, 3 bathrooms help a lot. I didn't have a lot of canvases for the barbecue.. but everything was great, Paraty is beautiful.

Everything was wonderful! The house is otima, easy access to the beach. Ariane always responded immediately when I sent a message, very careful and attentive. I want to come back more often

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. We had wonderful days and look forward to coming back soon!

I was looking for a special place to surprise my husband on his 60th birthday. And it couldn't have found a better place than Dário's house on Ilha Comprida. What an amazing place! The house is a delight, super equipped, the gardens well cared for, we notice the so much love deposited in every bit of that place. And being isolated there, only you and the sea, there are no words. The employees were super attentive, they helped us carry our stuff on our arrival (and look we brought a lot of food), Ninha came there from afar just to prepare our breakfast. My eldest son was happy to find all the necessary structure to make the Napoletan pizzas that he does so well. We were with our two children, a friend and a couple of Norwegian friends, all of them were extremely pleased. We'll be back for sure!

We stayed at Andrea's house and, in general, the stay was very positive. The proximity to the beach is really one of the great highlights; within a few meters it is possible to feel the sand at the feet and enjoy the sun. The location is perfect for those looking to relax by the sea. Also, I would like to commend the host's education and attention, Andrea. She was extremely cordial and helpful throughout our stay, always available to answer questions and give tips about the region. I hope to return soon and enjoy this paradise again!

Very nice and cozy place, as well as the hosts. Local plan recommendations, with maps. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to enjoy what the house offered but taking care of the details: being able to park the car inside, flexibility for arrival. As the only detail to keep in mind, you hear a lot from the house upstairs, but in no case a hassle. Completely recommended!

The house has exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as in the pictures and described in the listing — beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable. We didn't have any issues during the stay. The location is excellent, with markets and bakeries nearby, and the condominium is a charm, super well taken care of. We take great advantage of the pool, which is huge and wonderful, in addition to the game room, which has yielded great moments. The host was amazing: always attentive, quickly answered all our questions and was very helpful. Access to the condominium was simple and quick, and the staff of the condominium were very polite and friendly. We were driving, which made it easy to get to know more distant beaches — it was a perfect trip. We would definitely return!

The location of the house is perfect - sufficiently close to the historic center (but you can't walk!), but with privacy and quiet. The space is extremely wide, with a great garden and swimming pool! Extremely spacious rooms with excellent air conditioning. The cleaning left a little to be desired (it was a little dusty) and the utensils were a little old and/or with small malfunctions - but apart from that, everything perfect. Host responsive and very attentive!

Excellent accommodation! The apartment is super cozy, well decorated and made us feel right at home from the first moment. In addition, the location is simply perfect, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also couldn't help complimenting the host's attention and disposition throughout the stay. That was thoughtful and helpful! It was certainly a very positive experience and we hope to return soon.

The house is excellent! The best hosting we did via Airbnb. House very comfortable, functional, complete and was extremely clean. EVERYTHING we needed had there. We felt at home..and best of all, it is a few meters from the beach, we slept listening to the noise of the sea. It exceeded our expectations. The condominium is beautiful, lots of nature. It has bakery, markets and restaurants very close to the house. Fernando was an excellent host, it was all the time available. He directed us to Marli to help us with the house, which was excellent to make our stay even better.

The accommodation is excellent. It is located on the trendiest beach in Ubatuba, has all the utensils for a comfortable stay. the host is very polite, explains all the steps to the accommodation, gave tips about the city. The condominio has several attractions for guests. I recommend the accommodation and hope to return at another time.

Beautiful accommodation with enough space for a large family or with friends as well as infants. The housekeeper was very warm and sweetened the day with an abundantly covered breakfast table every morning and was extremely helpful. Our stay at Pérola Itamambuca was simply amazing! The house is exactly as described, the space is very welcoming. The location is excellent, very close to Itamambuca Beach, which allowed us to make the most of it without having to worry about travel. In addition, the house is super well equipped, had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to details that make the stay more practical and comfortable. Acriana was very attentive as well as Fernando!, always available to answer questions, which made us even more at home. It really was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to coming back. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

We had an amazing experience in the accommodation! We were greeted by Bia, an extremely polite, attentive and cordial person. She explained to us all the details of the house and remained available for any questions throughout the stay, which made all the difference. The place is simply paradisiac and corresponds exactly to what is described in the listing, as well as being the same as the photos. The beauty of the place is even more impressive in person! Access to the property is easy and close to the highway. Although the road is dirt, it was in great condition, with recent maintenance, which ensured a smooth and smooth commute. I recommend this accommodation to everyone looking for an amazing experience, surrounded by nature and exceptional service!

For those who like peace, the Bungalow keeps its promise. On the front the sound of the waves breaking, in the background, a rapier. It is possible to go to the beaches and shops of the village on foot. Francisco is kind and gives us privacy. The Bungalow offers peace of mind and security for the guest.

We feel at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A reserved beach, with crystal clear water, place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtle.

The provision of bedding and towels should be improved, the first night we were not able to bathe or put bedding in the rooms because they were washing and drying. The rest without any inconvenience, the apartment is impeccable and the quality of the accessories and details are worth it. All the environments are enjoyed, especially the jaccuzi and the barbecue.

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

The proposal of the grandmother's house is exceptional, it refers to the past, without TV it makes you interact more with the family, in relation to the functional house, very close to the sea, my children liked the books and the retro decoration. As for João, a fine, welcoming guy with easy access to contact. The only thing I disliked was the position of the wardrobe, I tried to change more is fixed. Kkkkkkkk. In the next stadia I will make this change of the wardrobe and the local dining table. Congratulations my comrade , the house "Grandma " is excellent. Note We felt cold at night .
