The house is not luxurious, but it is cozy. The access is done by a 250 m path that starts at the beach to be traversed on foot. This path starts with a slight climb and at the end there is a staircase (55 low steps). Illustrations in the photos. The house is not very high for the village, and the height guarantees the view to the sea. Originally from caiçaras, it was renovated by my parents, with whom I had a very good time there. My space is located in the rural area of the city of Paraty, on the road Paraty-Cunha (Route 165). It is a modern house, well equipped and well-integrated with Nature, nestled in a piece of the Atlantic rain Forest, in the National Park of Serra da Bocaina, 10km from the center of the historical center of Paraty. There is waterfalls with crystal-clear natural swimming pool, with private access, jungle gym, sauna, trails in the forest, therapeutical therapies and you can order nice local food.

The famous Monkey House is an observatory between the trees immersed gently into the forest of Aldeia Rizoma ecological condominium at 15-25min from Paraty downtown. The house has very comfortable interiors, Starlink high-speed internet connection, all in a very private location.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing.
