In a quilombola and fishing village, it is part of the preservation area of Serra do Mar State Park and Bocaina Park.

The house is not luxurious, but it is cozy. Access is via a 250-meter path that starts at the beach and is traveled on foot. This path begins with a slight climb and at the end there is a staircase (55 low steps). Illustrations in the photos. The house is not very tall for the village, and the height guarantees the view of the sea.
