Close to the beaches of Lázaro, Domingas Dias, Sununga, Gruta que Chora, Praia do Flamengo Trail and Praia das 7 Fontes. The condominium has a swimming pool with a wet bar, children's pool, playground with mini zip line, game room, barbecue grills, swimming pools, court and 1 parking space. One block from the property there is a market, the Ribeira Mall (with a pharmacy, shops and great restaurants), as well as the Saco da Ribeira Marina.

We are 300m from Perequê Mirim Beach, 750m from Santa Rita Beach (via trail) and 900m from Enseada. The center of Ubatuba is 15-20min drive away. The region also has several restaurants and nearby conveniences, being possible to do everything on foot!

We accept small pets only upon request We do not provide bed and bath linens and charge a deposit of R$ 200 in cash that is returned at checkout. The building is close to restaurants, kiosks, supermarkets, shops, bakery, and it is possible to do everything on foot without any worries.
