The house is very well equipped with all kitchen utensils. There is an indoor kitchen and an outdoor one on the barbecue patio. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, a pool table, and parking for up to 5 small cars. It is a simple, very quiet place, 2.5 km from the beach and a 5-10 minute drive to Praia Dura, Lázaro, Sununga and Domingas Dias. The house is located in a neighbourhood, not a gated community, but it is a very quiet place. I live next door and will be available. Please respect the quiet hours after 10 pm.
