The house is identical to the pictures. Dona Sônia was very kind and helpful from before check-in to the time of checkout. We arrived well before check-in time and she allowed us to enter. The house was very clean. The place is quiet and quiet. We love it! For those who do not know Búzios and want to get around to see the beaches and the nightlife, the ideal is to go by car. We were and everything was perfect. Oh, and my daughter loved the kittens.

Our fourth visit to Buzios, and after trying pousadas, central apartments, etc.; we found everything we were looking for in this accommodation. Unbeatable location, two blocks from the main avenue and four from the right side of Geriba (spacious beach without much turmoil even in season), supermarkets nearby. The condominium staff is friendly and attentive. The house is equipped for all kinds of stays and we really appreciate the thoughtful touch of having fresh water when we arrived! Highly recommended.

Rozaria has great communication, responds quickly and passes all the necessary information. We asked to arrive early and we were taken care of. Perfect houseaa!! Play area, pool.. the bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent. All very clean. The room is giant so we made a wonderful movie feel 🍿 They were great and super days I recommend the accommodation. 🫶🏻

The property was wonderful with a spectacular view. The master bedroom was extraordinary. The staff were professional, friendly, very helpful and very reliable. Cristiane was a fabulous cook as well. It was an amazing experience for a very inexpensive price for American tourists.

I loved the accommodations at Alice's apartment! The place is wonderful, with 24-hour security, an amazing pool and a self-service restaurant with a varied menu. The condominium also has a mini market, ideal for last-minute shopping, and its location makes it easy to request Uber and order delivery through iFood, without any delivery issues. My kids loved the environment, especially the lagoon. In addition, Monte Alto Beach is simply wonderful! The place is perfect for those looking for tranquility and security. Definitely an excellent experience!

The accommodation was clean and organized, had everything we needed including liquid soap in the bathroom sinks, detergent and sponge for crockery and clothes. The bedding we requested were neatly clean and smelling. The apartment served my family of 4 very well. The condo is on the edge of the lagoon and is very large and beautiful. We will certainly return at a next opportunity.

The house was perfect with an amazing view! We had a beautiful vacation and could have spend more than the 9 days we were there. The town is only 10 minutes away and has everything. We will definitely come back.

We chose this house for its balcony and it did not disappoint us. Wonderful view of the Lagoa de Geriba, its divine sunrise. We delight in listening and seeing the variety of birds. In the evenings there was a family of Tití monkeys, which we were able to feed bananas. Great! It does not have a garage but does not need it, leaving the car at the door is fine. We feel safe at any time of day and night. It is three blocks from Porto da Barra, where it is very pleasant to walk to lunch and dinner. To go to the beach you have to get close by car or the Vans which pass very close. The house is just like the photos. It's spacious and airy. For those who want tranquility and nature is great! Estefanía responds, at any time you write, surprisingly instantly!!! Any concerns or things that are needed are addressed. We had a great time!
