Comfortable studio on the ground floor of a nice chalet, conveniently located, close to the center of Sallanches (10 min walk, 3 min bike), in a small quiet subdivision, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Lake Passy is 10 minutes by bike, the first ski resort 20 minutes by car (Combloux), Chamonix 30 minutes. The studio has a small but basic equipped kitchenette, a separate entrance, a desk to work and a bathroom, as well as a beautiful view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille de Warens!

You will be comfortably seated on the sofa to have an aperitif. For your bed, you are free to choose to sleep in 2 single beds or to bring them together to make a double bed. Bed linen and towels are not provided.
